What skill level is suitable for attending the retreat in Bali?
We cater to all skill levels, from beginners to master freedivers, ensuring a transformative experience regardless of your prior expertise. Join us with your existing experience, and we’ll guide you to elevate your abilities.
When should I plan my arrival in Amed?
Arrive at 10:30 am at Villa Harmony Amed (near Adi Shop) and will finish with a lunch at 12:00 11th May. We advise that you arrive in Amed the night before.
What type of wetsuit should I bring along?
The water temperature in Amed is very warm throughout the year. Opt for something lightweight like a 2mm wetsuit or a half 3mm top, which you can choose to pair with lycra pants or legging. These options provide sun protection and guard against any potential discomfort.
Is equipment rental available?
Yes, you can conveniently rent all the necessary gear from The Ocean Prana Dive Shop

Nestled in the serene seaside village of Amed, Harmony Villas offers a blissful retreat where modern Balinese design meets natural beauty. Each villa features spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms with plush beds, private terraces or balconies and luxurious open-air bathrooms that invite the tropical breeze. Accommodation ranges from shared deluxe bungalows to the complete privacy of your very own bungalow with private balcony.

What are the electricity outlets like?
Electricity in Bali operates at a voltage of 230V with a frequency of 50Hz. Bali primarily uses Type C and Type F electrical outlets. It’s a good idea to carry a universal adapter or a specific Type C/F adapter if your devices have different plug types. If you forget to pack it, don’t panic, they sell adapters in most gas stations and convienience stores in Bali and Amed.
Are solo travelers welcome?
Yes, solo travelers are absolutely welcome on the retreat in Amed. It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded individuals, and many of our guests come alone and form lifelong friendships during their stay.
Can you arrange an airport transfer?
We can definetly help you arrange an airport transfer, we have an index of trusted drivers that charge fair fares. It is 3-4 hours by car from the airport, depending on traffic conditions.
What is the average age range?
Our retreats attract a diverse range of participants in terms of age. While we frequently welcome families, with parents who are vibrant and youthful in their 50s to 60s, along with their young adult or teenage children, the majority of our attendees fall within the 20 to 40-year-old age bracket.
