We will dive into ancient breathwork practices, the physiology of stress and how breathing techniques can help you to handle stress more effectively.

After establishing the basics of respiration, we’ll look ancient breathwork practices, the physiology of stress and how breathing techniques used by freedivers and yogis can help you to handle stress more effectively.

In the first week, we’ll be looking at how to breathe your best. You’ll learn a series of techniques and approaches for diagnosing, identifying, and recognising breathing habits and patterns, and be guided through daily breathwork & meditation as we set up the foundations for breathing happily ever after.

During Week 2, you’ll learn how to connect your breathing practices to your body’s unique rhythms, the rhythms of nature, the seasons and life as we explore what it means to build a long-term breathwork practice. You’ll leave knowing how to breathe your best.
