Event Details

Join as we set sail on a magical adventure on the Ribbon Reef Expedition, exploring this stunning and rarely visited chain of ten spectacular reefs, exploring our hidden depths as we dive deep into breathwork, self discovery and crystal blue waters.

The Coral Sea Ribbon Reef Expedition

Lying on the outer edges of the Great Barrier Reef, the Ribbon Reef are home to some of the worlds most famous dive sites.

The reefs here thankfully have very little human contact, which has ensured that they can support an outstanding range of biodiversity and marine life for divers and snorkelers. Depth varies anywhere from 5 – 35M, making this a perfect destination for free divers of all experience levels.

There are dozens of unique dive sites within the Ribbon Reef, including drift dives, wall dives, swim throughs, caves and exploring colourful coral gardens and bommies. With great visibility all year round you’ll be sure to witness as many of the GBR’s 1500 fish and 400 coral species as possible. Much of this life will be encountered in shallow waters between 23 and 29 degrees, and in fact it is rare that you’ll be diving deeper than 20 metres, except when practicing line diving of course.

Retreat Highlights

  • 4 days /3 nights on expedition vessel
  • Daily freediving and snorkelling trips
  • Daily yoga and breathwork classes
  • PADI Freediving materials and certification
  • Personalised coaching and specialised theory & workshops on freediving and line diving

Why Should I come along the Coral Sea Ribbon Reef Expedition?

Join us as we set sail on a magical expedition. There are very few places on the planet that can match the wonder that exists here, both above and below.

So what better place to reconnect with yourself, nature and the power of both?

Observe the natural beauty of the reef from above, learn from experienced island guides, watch as humpback whales and manta rays pass by on their annual migration and then dive deep into the night before resurfacing and returning to the real world, refreshed, rejuvenated and refocused.

WHAT IS BREATHLESS?

Breathless is the space between science and the unknown. Is the space between the head and the heart, between learning and feeling. Breathless means the space between doing and being, between who you are and who you are becoming.

We combine ancient breathwork techniques with revolutionary neuroscience and studies into human potential. Breathless believes that by learning to become aware of our breath and how it impacts on us. Humans can influence our health, our mental state, the way we feel, the way we move. And, ultimately, the way we live.

As Australia’s No. 1 leading breathwork educational program for instructors, we are all about getting out into nature and into our souls. Hence, get high, go deep and let your breath set you free.

We will organise and take care of everything. so, all you need to do is turn up with an open heart, a willingness to go deep and ready to connect on a totally different level.
