Freediving places significant demands on your body, including breath-holding, changes in pressure, and physical exertion. Taking a rest day allows your body to recuperate, repair muscles, and stabilise oxygen levels. This practice helps prevent overexertion and supports the overall effectiveness of your training regimen.
